The System
Jetscribetm is a radiology workflow, digital dictation and report distribution system. The goal of Jetscribe is to speed the distribution of radiology reports for hospitals and imaging centers that may not have a full-time radiologist. Being entirely web and DICOM-based, it allows imaging facilities and radiologists to use standard web-based PC's to dictate, sign, and transmit reports to their referring physicians.
Customers using the Jetscribe system report receiving signed, final reports in under one hour, and often times within 15 minutes - even though their radiologist may be miles away in a different facility.
Unlike voice recognition system which require extensive radiologist training and participation, the Jetscribe system uses traditional transcriptionists to convert the voice to the typed word. The key to Jetscribe is speeding the workflow involved with traditional transcrition systems.
